We offer flat rate shipping on all our products. All goods shipped are insured and a tracking number will be provided.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Orders will be sent by Australia Post.

Regular Shipping orders placed before 12pm AEDT will be processed and dispatched within the next 3 business days.

Express Shipping orders placed before 12pm AEDT will be processed and dispatched within the next 2 business days.

 

*Made to order jewellery will be dispatched within 5 business days. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post. Northern Sky will not be held responsible for any delay caused by the shipping providers.

RETURNS 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return items within 14 days for a credit note or an exchange for another item of the same value (based on current pricing). Items must be unworn and unused.

For change of mind returns, you can either:

  • Drop your item back to us in-store, or

  • Return it by post. If posting back, we’ll organise a prepaid return label for you. The cost of this label will be deducted from your credit note amount.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item is faulty, we’ll be happy to provide a full refund with proof of purchase. If you don’t have your receipt, we can offer you an exchange for another item of the same value.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings and hair/face accessories unless they are faulty.
