Jewellery Warranty

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our jewellery items have a three month warranty. 

Warranty is valid on jewellery items purchased from Northern Sky. Your faulty item will be assessed by our team, if it is deemed a manufacturer's fault, we will aim to repair the item promptly. If the item is unrepairable you will receive a new replacement.

Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by us.

Warranty does not cover loss, reasonable general wear and tear, or incorrect storage of jewellery. 

Charges may apply for the repair or replacement of pieces deemed outside warranty.
