RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return items within 14 days for a credit note or an exchange for another item of the same value (based on current pricing). Items must be unworn and unused.
For change of mind returns, you can either:
Drop your item back to us in-store, or
Return it by post. If posting back, we’ll organise a prepaid return label for you. The cost of this label will be deducted from your credit note amount.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item isfaulty, we’ll be happy to provide a full refund with proof of purchase. If you don’t have your receipt, we can offer you an exchange for another item of the same value.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings and hair/face accessories unless they are faulty.
