If you have changed your mind, you may return items purchased within 14 days for a credit note or exchange for an item at the current same value. The item(s) must be unworn/unused.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item is faulty, we will offer you a full refund with proof of purchase. If you do not have your receipt, we will happily exchange your item for another of the same value.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or refunds for earrings and hair/face accessories unless the items are faulty.
